Solution Center Services 

The LSC will provide you with a wide range of help desk services to ease any complications you may be faced with, including our most beneficial ones: ERP Application Support, System Health Check, and Business Process Improvements We provide you with a process that offers you on demand support that saves you valuable time, reduces system downtime, and increases your return on investment 

Our ERP Application Support service provides clients with timely, accurate and informative assistance from our trained help desk support team. Clients will receive support for any day-to-day issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, Supply Chain, Dynamics AX, and peripheral technologies like Microsoft SQL, and 3rd Party Products. 

With the System Health Check service, you can rely on us to identify any areas of concern that may be present.  Through regularly scheduled system checks we will take care of any issues as they arise, providing you peace of mind and allowing you to focus on running your business.   

Need a minor project completed such as a targeted training or a new report created? After understanding your requirements, the LSC support team will quickly turnaround a project timeline and cost estimate for your initiative. Again, these types of projects go beyond a typical support request yet are smaller in scope than a full implementation

The Process 

In the LSC, we make the onboarding process smooth and efficient so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.  We will first assess your current systems in place so that we can best appreciate your needs.  Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your business, we will be able to tailor a support plan directly to your requirements Once an agreement is in place, you will be onboarded to the Logan Solution Center From there, you will be able to add, track, and edit all requests.  Monthly reports will be provided summarizing all your requests
