Microsoft CRM 2011 Dashboards

The release of Microsoft CRM 2011 is really creating a buzz in the marketplace. We have definitely seen a big increase in companies looking to improve their sales, marketing and customer service operations by implementing Microsoft CRM 2011.
One of the best new features of Microsoft CRM 2011 is the ability for users to create customized dashboards. There is no need for IT to get involved nor does any other Microsoft program need to be used. You can create a simple query in Microsoft CRM and then choose the type of chart you want.
Microsoft CRM comes loaded with seven dashboards with several charts on each one. The screen shots below show a few of the preconfigured dashboards.
Microsoft really did a nice job with the dashboards in Microsoft CRM 2011 which can really help drive user adoption.
