Microsoft Announces Microsoft CRM 2013!

Today Microsoft announced the upcoming release of Microsoft CRM called Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for On-Premises deployments and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Fall '13 for online customers. The release is expected to:
- Improve the user experience to reduce
- Add a Windows 8 app and an iPad app
- Improve social media efforts by more tightly integrating Microsoft CRM and Yammer
- Add guided processes to streamline the user experience

Microsoft has been calling this release the Orion release for several months now, but has now given it an official name. They also cleared up the confusion of any differences between the online and on-premises versions. Essentially they are saying they will again offer the same functionality at the same time. We believe this to be good news for the overall Microsoft CRM ecosystem and good for Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners like Logan Consulting too!
