Logan Consulting's Major QAD Go-Live

Logan Consulting is proud to announce its major go-live this past week! Our firm worked hand in hand with a $500M medical device company that develops, manufactures, and markets neurovascular and peripheral medical devices. With our partnership, we assisted this company with their upgrade from QAD 2010SE to 2016EE. This was a re-alignment, meaning a complete redesign of master data and organized/scrubbed data conversion along with the new processes that come along in EE financials.

 

Many complex aspects of the project could not have been completed without help from our dedicated client-side core team members! Some examples of the complexities our core team worked to overcome include:
