In one of my latest posts I talked about the cross platform compatibility that was supposed to be released by Microsoft in a future update.  Well the official word has come down  from Microsoft and I have to say even I was impressed.

Microsoft made a huge announcement that has been called CRM Anywhere.  The announcement includes complete Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality on any device (mobile or desktop) using any browser.  WOW!

The official solution will be called Microsoft Dynamics CRM Mobile and will support Windows Phone 7.5, iPhone and iPad, Android and Blackberry devices.

You can read all the details here.

In the article Microsoft also mentions other improvements such as enhanced social capabilities and cross browser support.  If you have any questions or want to learn more please feel free to contact us.
