Update Rollup 7 was recently released by Microsoft. This update has a revamped Outlook client with some major performance increases.

• Outlook client now loads in the background. This allows you to use Outlook before the client is fully loaded.
• Reduced sign-in time.
• Email tagging now runs in the background.
• Synchronization now runs in the background.
• Improved state management logic. The client is better able to handle network, authentication, sleep and hibernation without having to restart Outlook.

Other improvements include CRM Data Migration Manager templates for importing from Salesforce and expanded language support for CRM Mobile Express.
