Management Reporter
Management Reporter allows you to create an unlimited number custom reports in addition to the “out of the box” reports built into AX without IT assistance. Management reporter users can easily create, generate and publish financial statements through the user friendly interface. In Management Reporter you can schedule and automate report generation and distribution. Additionally, this tool has the capabilities to view the company’s financial health from a very high level all the way down to individual transactions.
Human Resources and T&E
AX 2012 includes a Human Resources module that can be used to maintain comprehensive worker information, benefits, and manage each employee’s travel and expenses.
Payroll and ADP integration
The Payroll module allows you to setup unique pay cycles, deductions, benefits, and taxes specific to your organization. You can generate payroll checks and also setup electronic payment with positive pay directly from AX. Additionally, Microsoft Dynamics AX integrates seamlessly with ADP.
Fixed Assets
Manage your fixed assets from acquisition to disposal using the built in asset depreciation books. AX allows for the setup of multiple depreciation methods based on your needs. Available capabilities also include adjustment journals and revaluations to handle your dynamic business environment.
Project Management
The project management module in AX allows you to initiate, execute and analyze projects. You can use this module to create budgets and manage costs for both internal and external projects. You have the option to assign an individual’s time to various projects which allows you to monitor employee efficiency. Finally, AX has various tools built in to help you analyze project performance.
Inventory and Warehouse Management
The Inventory Management feature allows for real time traceability of inventory allowing your organization to be able to compare on-hand inventory to target inventory levels.
