Microsoft Dynamics GP Promotions Extended

Posted on: January 30, 2015 | By: Jim Bertler | Microsoft Dynamics GP

Now that companies have largely completed their year-end close activities they are starting to review their ERP and Accounting Software.  Many companies may have found that their solution was not helpful and even a roadblock when working on year-end activities.  So Logan Consulting, a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, was thrilled to hear that Microsoft had renewed some of the promotions that were available at year-end.

Microsoft has renewed the Give Me 5 Starter and the Give Me 5 + 2 Extended.  The Give Me 5 Starter offers the Starter Pack plus two full users for $5,000 USD.  The Give Me 5 + 2 Extended offers the Starter Pack plus the Extended Pack plus four full users for $16,000 USD.  These are both great offers and incentives for companies to implement Microsoft Dynamics GP and have their next year-end be more productive and streamlined.

Many people ask us what is included in the Starter vs. Extended Pack.  The easiest way to describe it is to list what is not in the Starter Pack. The Starter Pack doesn't include the manufacturing functionality, project accounting functionality, deep forecasting functionality and advanced distribution functionality.  Therefore, unless you need to bill against projects, are a manufacturer or have deep distribution or forecasting needs the Starter Pack will meet your needs.

As always as a Microsoft Dynamics Partner we are happy to answer your questions and discuss your requirements, as well as Dynamics GP licensing.  Please feel free to contact Logan Consulting.
