Microsoft CRM Online is a great CRM system provided from Microsoft in the cloud. Over the years many people have inquired about test or sandbox environment for Microsoft CRM Online. With the introduction of Microsoft CRM 2013 test or sandbox instances were introduced. Since then significant improvements have been made to allow for better testing and development. The Microsoft CRM blog recently posted a great article providing a great, detailed look into sandbox environments.
You now have much greater control of the environment and can perform important administrative tasks such as copy production to test. One of my favorite is changing the color scheme to orange so people know when they are in test or production!
