Microsoft Dynamics 365 Spring 2018 Update

It’s about that time again… time to update Dynamics 365! This spring’s update is centered around three main areas: business process applications, intelligence infused throughout, and application platform capabilities. This update also includes deeper integrations with Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Stream video, Azure, LinkedIn, and Bing. All the latest features were centered around intelligence and digital transformation. By empowering employees, engaging customer intelligently, and transforming operations with Dynamics 365 products this software continues to optimize itself according to the needs of customers.

Dynamics 365 for Marketing

This new component of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Application is a fantastic resource to create engaging customer emails, landing pages, webforms, and manage in-person and online events. Dynamics App for Outlook

With the Dynamics 365 Outlook Desktop App, Web interface, or Outlook Mobile apps users can view and track emails and appointments. Additionally, this app allows users to create new entity records- accounts, contacts, opportunities, and more.
