Improve Sales through Item Upsell

One challenge for those managing the Sales function is lost revenue due to a lack of available product to meet customer demand. Though Sales cannot guarantee inventory, QAD provides an option to not only reduce the amount of last sales, but actually drive incremental revenue above the original customer demand. How is this accomplished: Item Upsell in QAD EE. Item Upsell allows you to define substitute items that will automatically prompt order entry personnel if the originally desired item number is not currently available in inventory.
