Dynamics 365 takes ERP and CRM to a new Level

After the reveal of Microsoft’s new Dynamics 365, a lot of the Microsoft community was left wondering, what happens next? Like so many of Microsoft’s product updates, the new Dynamics 365 was built to simplify operations for its users. The initiative is a part of Microsoft’s cloud based focus for the new year, making all of the data and modules that your business runs on, available anywhere, anytime. Dynamics 365 combines Microsoft Dynamics AX’s ERP functionality with Dynamics CRM Software to seamlessly integrate sales, customer service, field service, financials, marketing and project service automation on one platform. Logan Consulting has begun to put together tutorial videos to help make the transition as seamless as possible. Want to learn more about Dynamics 365? Watch this short video from Microsoft, below.

Because Microsoft realizes that not everyone will be ready to drop their old ERP and CRM systems, they allow users the option to start with what they need and add applications and functionality as your business grows. Microsoft is also offering a 30-day free trial to help transition current AX and CRM users over to this new platform without disrupting their daily functions.
